Help! I don’t know what to use for my board!
You don’t need anything fancy—a large cutting board, a marble slab, or even a baking sheet works perfectly. The key is to have enough space to display everything attractively.
How much cheese do I need to buy?
A good rule of thumb is to plan for 1-2 ounces of cheese per person if the board is served as an appetizer, and 3-4 ounces per person if it’s the main focus of the meal
How do I know what combinations will work on my cheese board?
There’s no wrong way to cheese board! That’s the beauty of it. You could add just about anything you’d like (such as caramel popcorn, nuts, olives) or take off anything you don’t like.
